Solution

Polynomial:

Polynomial is an algebraic expression in which the power of each variable is a whole number (or) a positive integer.

Given expression is 1x+1

=x1+1

exponent of variable x=1
Since, the exponent of x is not a positive integer , so it is not a polynomial
Hence, I do not agree with Zainab.
