There are two zygomatic bones. Zygomatic are facial bones of skull. They are the cheekbones below and lateral to orbit. They are curved lateral part of (molar) cheek bones. The lateral wall of orbits is formed by portions of zygomatic and sphenoid bone. The floor of the orbit is formed by parts of the maxilla, zygomatic and palatine bone.
