Solution

The correct option is C

y3+2y235y1=0

Explanation for the correct option.

y=a+be5x+ce-7x

Differentiating w.r.t x

y1=5be5x7ce-7x...(i)

y2=25be5x+49ce-7x..(ii)

y3=125be5x343ce-7x..(iii)

Multiply (i) by 7

7y1=35be5x49ce-7x..(iv)

Add (ii) and (iv)

y2+7y1=60be5x..(v)

Multiply (i) by 5

5y1=25be5x35ce-7x..(vi)

Subtract (vi) from (ii)

y2-5y1=84ce-7x..(vii)

Putting the values of be5x and ce-7x in (iii) and solving we get

y3+2y2-35y1=0

Hence, option (C) is the answer.
