Solution

Insulators

  1. Insulators are objects that are poor conductors of electricity. They have high resistance to current. Wood is one such object.
  2. Conductors have a low resistance to the flow of current. The human body is a conductor of electricity.
  3. When the little boy tried to save the dog with his naked hands, the current started flowing in him as well and he got caught too.
  4. The man used wood because it doesn't conduct electricity and will not be caught. This was the reason why the man used wood.
