Consider East direction is indicated as $i$ west direction is indicated as $-i$ North direction is indicated as $j$ South direction is indicated as $-j$ Motion initially $2km$ towards the east $=2i$ ,

Then left turn means north and $0.5km=0.5j$

Then a right turn means east and $4.0km=4j$

Net displacement will be $\sqrt{6^2+{(0.5)}^2}=6.02Kms$$2i+0.5j+4i=6i+0.5j$
