  1. The magnet force on a moving charge is given by F=q(v×B), where qis charge of electron, v is velocity of electron and B is the magnetic field.
  2. Since electron is stationary, its velocity is 0.
  3. So, force on electron F=q(v×B)=e(0×B)=0.
  4. Since net force on the electron is zero, therefore it remains stationary.

Hence, electron remains stationary.
