Step 1. Given,Speed of train $=60km/h$

Speed of man running in the opposite direction of the train$=6km/h$

Since train is crossing the man walking opposite to the direction of train whose speed is $6km/h$

Therefore relative speed $=(60+6)=66km/h$

$=66x\frac{5}{18}=\frac{55}{3}m/s[As1km/h=\frac{5}{18}m/s]$

As we know , $time=\frac{dis\tan ce}{speed}$

Therefore Time taken to pass the man$=\frac{lengthoftrain}{relativespedd}$

$$\begin{gathered} =\frac{110}{55}x3 \\ =6seconds \end{gathered}$$
