Are all things in earth are in constant motion?

An object is moving if its position relative to a fixed position is changing. When we describe the motion of one object with respect to another. we can say that the object is moving relative to each other. An example is a space shuttle moves 8km/second relative to the earth below. Newton’s first law states that an object at rest remains rest, or if it in motion, remains in motion at a constant velocity unless acted on by a net external force. We do not feel that the earth is moving because we aren’t moving that means the human body is constant uniform motion with respect to the earth itself.
