Brownian Movement:

  1. The random motion (zig-zag motion) of small colloidal particles suspended in a liquid or gas medium is called Brownian movement.
  2. Brownian movement, also known as Brownian motion, is the random motion of particles suspended in a fluid (a liquid or a gas) caused by collisions with fast-moving atoms or molecules in the fluid.
