Finding the distance travelled
From the given details, we get to know that
Distance travelled by Dinesh $=$ $A B + B C$
$= 7.5 + 12.7$
$= 20.2$ km
∴Dinesh travelled $20.2$ km
Distance travelled by Ayub $= A D + D C$
$= 9.3 + 11.8$
$= 21.1$ km
∴Ayub travelled $21.1$ km
Since $21.1 > 20.3$ km
Ayub travelled more distance by $= (21.1 - 20.2)$ $= 0.9$ km
Hence,
∴Ayub travelled more than Dinesh by $0.9$ km
