B- Bracket , O - Orders , D- Divison , M- Multiplication , A- Addition , S- Subtraction

Applying BODMAS rule to solve this question, we get

Step 1: Bracket term in$13÷\left[\right(-2)+1]$must be solved first, we get

$13÷\left[\right(-2)+1]$ $=$$13÷(-1)$

Step 2: Now dividing the remaining term, we get

$13÷[-1]$ $=$$-13$

Thus, $13÷\left[\right(-2)+1]$$=$$-13$.
