Complementary and Supplementary Angles (Definition & Examples)
  1. When the sum of two given angles is equal to 90°, then the two angles are said to be complementary angles.
  2. For example, in this diagram, the given two angles are, 30° and 60°.
    Adding these two angles will give us, 30°+60°=90°

Hence, we can say that these two angles are complementary to each other.
