Evaluate the Expression:
The given expression is,
$0.7 \div 10 = \frac{0.7}{10}$
We know that when a rational number is divided by $10, 100,$ etc, the decimal point shifts to the left as per the power of $10$ .
$∴ \frac{0.7}{10} = 0.07$
Hence, the required answer is $0.07$ .
