In the given expression, we see that,

L.H.S $=\frac{3\mathrm{x}}{3\mathrm{x}+2}$, solving it further is not possible as value of $x$ is not known.

And, R.H.S $=\frac{1}{2}$

Clearly, L.H.S $\ne$ R.H.S

So,for correct statement we need to replace $\frac{1}{2}\text{with}\frac{3x}{3x+2}$in RHS.

Hence, the correct statement should be $\frac{\mathbf{3}\mathbf{x}}{\mathbf{3}\mathbf{x}\mathbf{}\mathbf{+}\mathbf{}\mathbf{2}}\mathbf{=}\frac{\mathbf{3}\mathbf{x}}{\mathbf{3}\mathbf{x}\mathbf{}\mathbf{+}\mathbf{}\mathbf{2}}$.
