Find The Least Count Of A Milliammeter In Which There Are 20 Divisions Between 500 mA and 600 mA Marks

There are $20$ divisions between $500 m A$ and $600 m A$
Step2: Calculating the least count of milliammeter.
The value of each smallest division on a scale means the least count.
We can calculate the least count by dividing the main scale reading by the total number of divisions on the main scale.
$L e a s t c o u n t = \frac{r a n g e}{n o . o f d i v i s i o n s}$
$N o . o f d i v i s i o n s = 20$
$R a n g e = 600 - 500 = 100$
So the least count = $\frac{100}{20} = 5 m A$
Thus each unit has a value of $5 m A$
