Find the mean of the first 10 prime numbers?

Compute the required mean:

According to the definition of prime numbers, Prime numbers are those numbers which are only divisible by 1 and by the number itself.

Since The first ten prime numbers are as follows: 2,3,5,7,11,13,17,19,23,29.

We know that the formula of the mean can be given as:

Mean=SumofalltheobservationsTotalnumberofobservations

Now, Compute the required mean.

Mean=2+3+5+7+11+13+17+19+23+2910=12910=12.9

Hence, the mean is 12.9.
