Solution

Find the number of plants in each row.

Given, number of plants =1024

From the given condition, the number of rows and columns is the same.

To get the number of rows and columns, we must first find the square root of 1024.

So,

Number of rows =1024

=2×2×2×2×2×2×2×2×2×2

=2×2×2×2×2

=32
