Compute the required numbers

Let us make the denominators the same, say 20.

Thus,

-25=-2×45×4=-820

12=1×102×10=1020

Ten rational numbers between -25 and 12 is same as ten rational numbers between -820 and 1020.

We can find rational numbers between the two numbers by replacing the numerator by any integer between the lower and upper bounds (i.e., -8 and 10).

Therefore, ten rational numbers between -820 and 1020 are -720, -620, -520, -420, -320, 120, 320, 520, 720 and 820.
