Find the zero of the given polynomial:

Given polynomial is px=x-5

∙Polynomial: A polynomial is an expression composed of variables, constants and exponents, and exponents of all variable is a whole number.

∙Zero of a polynomial: Zeroes of a polynomial px are all the values of x that makes the polynomial equals to zero.

Now to find the zero of the given polynomial equate it to zero and find the value of x

So, px=0

⇒x-5=0

⇒ x=5

Hence, the zero of the given polynomial is 5
