Physical changes:

  1. When only the physical characteristics of a material such as its size, shape, color, condition, or appearance change, then this is referred to as a physical change in the substance.
  2. No chemical reaction takes place between the compounds and the product has the same properties as the reactant.
  3. They are generally reversible except few.
  4. Example: Melting of ice cube, boiling water

Therefore, two examples of physical changes that are reversible in nature are the melting of ice cubes and boiling water.
