Excretion process in plants:

  1. The carbon dioxide produced by green plants during photosynthesis.
  2. Photosynthesis produces oxygen as a by-product, released through stomata, root cell walls, and other pathways.
  3. Water can be removed from it with the help of transpiration plants.
  4. A leaf's metabolic levels are high during the pre-abscission phase.
  5. Plants also excrete waste into the soil and environment.
