Open in App
Solution

Explanation of mode:

  1. Values that occur most frequently in a set of data are called a mode.
  2. A data set can have one or more than one mode or even no mode at all.
  3. Other similar quantities are the mean, or the average, and the median which is the middle value of a set.
  4. Since in this case; numbers in the set are different, and there is not any value present that occurs frequently or more than one time.
  5. Therefore, there is no mode in this data set, or the mode is zero.

Hence, the mode of the given data set is zero.
