Common Divisors: Common Divisors are the number that is factor of two or more numbers.
Here, in this question that common divisor is $m .$
LHS:
Dividing $a$ and $b$ by $m$ will change the rational number into standard form.
$\Rightarrow (\frac{a}{b}) = (\frac{a \div m}{b \div m}) . . . . (1)$
RHS:
$\frac{a \div m}{} = \frac{a \div m}{b \div m}$ From $(1)$
Hence, the answer is $(b \div m)$ .
