Estimate the expression for the digit:

Given, The units place digit is x.

The Sum of the digits is 9.

Therefore, the tens digit =9-x.

We know that for a number with ten's place digits a and units place digit b, can be written as10a+b

Here, b=x and a=9-x

Therefore that number can be written as,

109-x+x=90-10x+x

=90-9x

Hence, the given statement is false.
