In which view headers and footers are visible

Only the Page Layout view, Print Preview, and printed pages show headers and footers. If you wish to insert headers or footers for many worksheets at once, you may utilise the Page Setup dialogue box. Click Page Layout under View on the Layout tab. Click Header & Footer under Page Setup on the Layout tab.
