From triangle inequality theorem we know that for any given triangle the sum of two sides of triangle is greater than the third side.

Let length of side $A=4cm$,$B=3cm$ and $C=7cm$

From triangle inequality theorem

$$\begin{gathered} A+B \\ =3+4 \\ =7\ngtr C \end{gathered}$$

Hence, it is not likely to construct a triangle with lengths of sides $4cm$, $3cm$ and $7cm$.
