A fraction is said to be in the lowest form if its numerator and denominator have no common factor other than one.

Reduce 38×64 into the lowest form:

38×64=3×68×438×64=3×34×438×64=916

3 and 8 are co-prime i.e. have no common factor other than one.

Hence 916 is the lowest form of 38×64.
