Let, the mass of the cube = m

length of each side of the cube is = a

Density of the cube = ρ

Given, The maximum error in the measurements of mass mm=0.04

and maximum error in the measurements of Length. aa=0.03

Step 2. Formula used:

Volume of the cube v=a3

Density= mass/volume ρ= mv

Step 2. Calculations:

Now, ρ=mv=ma3

Since error has to be maximum

So, ρρ=mm+3aa

Now putting the given values, we get

ρρ=0.04+30.03=0.13ρρ×100=13%

Therefore, the correct option is option D.
