Solution

Answer:

The oath of the Judge in a High Court is administered by the Governor of that respective state.

After consulting the Chief Justice of India (CJI), the judges of the High Court are appointed by the President of India. In matters of appointment to the Judiciary, the Supreme Court and the Council of Ministers play an important role. In the Judiciary, the Supreme Court is at the top of the pyramid, followed by High Courts and below them are the District Courts and Subordinate courts. High Courts can issue writs for restoring Fundamental Rights, they can hear appeals from Lower Courts. High Courts can deal with the cases within the jurisdiction of the state. If a person is not happy with the decisions of the High Court, the concerned person can appeal to the Supreme Court.
