To find in how many minutes will they meet again at the starting point, We have to find the LCM of the time taken by both of them,

$LCM$ of $18$and $12$

$$\begin{gathered} 18=2\times 3\times 3 \\ 12=2\times 2\times 3 \end{gathered}$$

$LCM=2^2\times 3^2=36$

Hence, they will meet again after $36minutes$.
