STDs caused by bacteria are:

Gonorrhoea:

  1. Neisseria gonorrhoeae is the bacterium that causes this STD.
  2. The rectum, urethra, and cervix (in females exclusively) are the most often impacted parts of the urogenital tract.
  3. The signs of gonorrhoea include discharge from the penis, burning when urinating (in men), and similarly, discharge from the vagina, as well as pelvic or stomach discomfort (in females).

Syphilis:

  1. This STD is brought on by the bacterium Treponema pallidum.
  2. One of the first signs is a sore known as a "chancre."
  3. Other signs and symptoms include a headache, weight loss, exhaustion, rashes, fever, etc.
  4. Later phases might result in heart illness, visual loss, cessation of mental development, etc.

STD caused by viruses are:

AIDS:

  1. AIDS is the most prevalent and long-lasting sexually transmitted illness.
  2. HIV is the root reason (Human Immunodeficiency Virus).
  3. HIV often weakens the body by destroying the immune system.
  4. HIV's earliest signs and symptoms include nausea, headache, enlarged lymph nodes, rashes, fever, and chills.
  5. Although there is currently no known cure for AIDS, good therapy can lengthen the patient's life by a few years.

Herpes:

  1. Herpes simplex virus is the full name of the disease.
  2. The main cause of oral herpes is HSV-1 and genital herpes is typically brought on by HSV-2.
  3. Sores around the vaginal area are the most typical symptoms.
  4. Pregnant women can transmit congenital herpes to their unborn children.
