Bad conductors:

  1. Those substances which do not allow electricity and heat to pass through them are known as bad conductors.
  2. Non-metals are generally bad conductors or insulators.
  3. Poor conductors have a low number of free electrons and exhibit high resistance to the flow of electric current. For instance, rubber, wood, and glass are examples of bad conductors.
