What are examples of vouchers?

A voucher contains a date of which the payment should be made, the identification of the supplier, the amount payable, any discounts availed, stamp and signature of the accountant, corresponding ledgers where the entries are to be made. Some of the examples of vouchers are cash memos, receipts, checks, pay-in bills, a debit note, a credit note, and an invoice.
