Disadvantages of using series circuits in domestic wiring:

1. Whenever the exact identical amount of current is required to travel through the element, we cannot satisfy the demand.
2. Since the current again from the power supply would be reduced, the overall circuit resistance increases.
3. Whenever one electrical appliance fails due to such a serial circuit problem, all gadgets cease to operate.
4. In such a series circuit, the voltage has been distributed across all electrical components.
