What is a circle?

Open in App
Solution

Circle.

A circle is a spherical form with no corners or edges. The circle is a closed, two-dimensional curved object in geometry. A plane circle formula is:

(x-h)2+(y-k)2=r2

where

(x,y)=coordinate points.
(h,k)= circle's center of coordinate.
r=circle radius.

Hence, The circle is the locus of points that move on the plane and their distance from a fixed point is always constant. A fixed point is known as the 'center,' and the set length is known as the 'radius.'
