Callus:
Cells or cell agglomerations that are in the division make up meristematic tissues.
These seedling samples taken are constituted of microscopic, densely packed cells with a practically infinite potential for cell division.
Meristematic microbes from a soil's shoot apex are removed, and then after which they are grown in cultivated cells to form a callus.
It is a very meristematic mass of cells with such a substantial quantity of cytoplasm.
