What is Multichromatic light?

The light consists of a single wavelength is called monochromatic light and the light consists of a broad range of wavelengths is called multichromatic light. As for example, the white light is polychromatic because it’s a combination of different wavelengths, blue or red or any coloured lights are monochromatic. For example, White light is a combination of several wavelengths corresponding to different colours of light. Hence, the white light is considered to be multichromatic.
