What is solifluction and soil creep?

Solifluction is one of the forms of creep which occurs either in cold climates or in high altitudes where the mass of the saturated rock waste moves down the slope.
Soil creep refres to the slow sownslope movement of the superficial rocks. It is a continuous process and also a surface phenomenon occurring on the slopes.
