What is the difference between red, green and blue dustbin?

Blue dustbin is for disposing dry garbage and degradable waste. Green dustbin is for disposing recyclable waste. Red dustbin is for general household waste that cannot go in the recycling or organics bins. Biodegradable waste includes any organic matter in waste which can be broken down into carbon dioxide, water, methane or simple organic molecules by micro-organisms and other living things by composting, aerobic digestion, anaerobic digestion or similar processes.
