Heat:

  1. The vibrations of molecules or atoms increase as the temperature of a body rises. These vibrations are then transferred from one body to another.

  3. Heat is a form of energy that can be transformed into other forms between any two materials which are with different temperatures. For instance, heat is transformed to mechanical energy in motorized vehicles, It is turned to light energy in electric bulbs. It is eventually turned into electrical energy in thermal power plants.
