Why is managed floating adopted?

A managed float guarantees that India’s resources have sufficient foreign exchange that can be sold at a reasonable market price during emergencies. To curb speculative activities, speculation in foreign trade and stock exchanges isn’t new. Indeed, without conjecture, such complex frameworks would not work.
