Here, $a,b,c$ are integers and $a\ne 0$.

One method to solve the quadratic equation is by using Quadratic formula. According to this formula,

$x=\frac{-b\pm \sqrt{b^2-4ac}}{2a}$

Here, discriminant, $D=b^2-4ac$

If $D=0$ then real and equal roots exist.

If $D>0$ then real roots exist.

If $D<0$ then no real roots exist.

Thus, one method to solve the quadratic equation is by using Quadratic formula.
