Step 1. Assume the general equation of the circle :

Let the equation of the circle be

x2+y2+2gx+2fy+c=0

Step 2. Apply the given condition :

The circle x2+y2+2gx+2fy+c=0 passes through the (0,0) and (0,1).

∴c=0 and 1+2f+c=0

⇒c=0,f=-12

The circle x2+y2+2gx+2fy+c=0 touches the circle x2+y2=16

∴g2+f2=4±g2+f2-c⇒g2+14=4±g2+14⇒4=2g2+14⇒g2=4-14⇒g2=154⇒g=±152

Step 3. Calculate the center and radius of the circle :

Therefore, the coordinate of the center is =±152,12

And radius g2+f2-c=154+14
