Step 1: Sides of the triangle.

The given equation is y=±3x,y=1.

y=3x.........iy=-3x.......iiy=1...............iii

On solving equations i&ii, we get x=0,y=0.

So, A=0,0

Again, on solving equations ii&iii.

x=-13,y=1

So, B=-13,1

Similarly, C=13,1

Step 2: Length of the sides of the triangle.

Using distance formula, AB=BC=AC=23.

So, it is an equilateral triangle.

Hence, the given triangle is an equilateral triangle and therefore option A is correct.
