Current, I=I0sinωt

where, I0=10A

and ω=100πrad/sec.

Step 2: Formula used

Emf in the coil,

|ε|=MdIdt

where M is mutual inductance and dIdt is the rate of change of current

Step 3: Maximum value of emf in the second coil.

Emf in the coil,

|ε|=Mddt(I0sinωt)=MI0ωcosωt

Maximum emf,

εmax=0.005×10×100π×1=5π

The maximum value of emf in the second coil is 5π.
