Solution

Chromatin

  1. Chromatin refers to a mixture of DNA and proteins that make up the chromosomes found in human cells and other living organisms.
  2. Many proteins - that is, histones - incorporate large amounts of DNA into the genome into a highly complex form that can enter the cell nucleus.
  3. Chromatin fibers can relax DNA replication and transcription.
  4. When cells replicate, repetitive chromatin cools like chromosomes, which are microscopic and split into female cells during cell division.
  5. Chromatin is present in the chromosome and is made up of DNA and special proteins called histones.
