Feedback loops:

1. Diabetes, for eg, is a disease which is caused by broken feedback loop involving hormone insulin. The broken feedback loop makes it generally difficult or impossible for body to bring high blood sugar down to a healthy level.
2. Feedback Loops:
   1. Thermoregulation (if the body temperature changes, mechanisms are induced to restore it to normal levels).
   2. Blood sugar regulation (insulin lowers blood glucose when levels are usually high ; glucagon raises blood glucose when levels are low)
