Gonadotrophin Hormone:

  1. It is released from the Hypothalamus.
  2. In females, the GnRH stimulates the Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) and Luteinizing Hormone (LT) from the anterior pituitary.
  3. These hormones stimulate follicular growth and ovulation.
  4. It helps to stimulate the production and release of Progesterone and Estrogen.
  5. It stimulates sex hormones like testosterone
  6. It also controls sperm production in males.
