Ulcer:

  1. An ulcer is a wound that causes a lesion in the skin barrier or mucous membrane with a loss of surface tissue in the alimentary canal.
  2. Factors causing ulcers include hyperacidity with the excess secretion of HCl is from the bacteria known as Helicobacter pylori and Campylobacter pylori.
  3. Burning sensation, abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting, vomiting blood, dark blood in stools, feeling faint, trouble breathing, bleeding in ulcer is the most severe stage of an ulcer.

  5. Antibiotics such as amoxicillin, clarithromycin and metronidazole, flavonoids, and probiotics are used a medication.

There are different types of ulcers based on the location:

  1. Ulcers in the lining of the stomach are Gastric ulcers.
  2. Ulcers in duodenum that is in the upper small intestine are duodenal ulcers.
  3. Ulcers in the lower part of your esophagus is an esophageal ulcers.
