In this disorder, there is either low levels or total absence of clotting factor VIII.In this disorder, there is either low levels or total absence of clotting factor IX.
It is more common.It is less common.
It occurs due to mutation in the gene responsible for synthesizing the factor VIII.It occurs due to mutation in the gene responsible for synthesizing the factor IX.
